Jade Mountain Resort

Jade Mountain Resort is intentionally technology free, to force guests to get away from the everyday world and relax in the solitude and comfort of the island (some internet access is possible for those that just absolutely cannot separate themselves from the outside). 600 acres of tropical garden and forest surround the complex, and two beaches border the property with a coral reef off-shore. Part of the resort is dedicated to a garden where organic vegetables are grown for use on-site.

Accommodations

The Jade Mountain Resort is a relatively small hotel containing 29 units. Guests who are trying to avoid big, commercial resorts will appreciate the calm atmosphere at this small property. Upon reviewing its overall quality, we've given this hotel a rating of 4.5 stars.

Three different classes of Infinity Rooms and five Sky Jacuzzi Suites are available for guests to choose from at Jade Mountain Resort. The main difference between the rooms is its available view.

All rooms downstairs have infinity pools walled in on three sides but open on the fourth to allow for panoramic vistas of the mountains and sea. The floors of the living areas are finished in 20 species of tropical hardwood, while the walls are made of crushed blush toned coral plaster from Barbados.
