La Haut Plantation

Located on the mountain above Soufriere, this former cocoa and coconut plantation allows one to experience working life in St. Lucia years ago. La Haut sits almost 800 feet above sea level, with a spectacular view of the Piton mountains.

The main house, over 100 years old, was converted to guest rooms in the mid-nineties. The quiet, privately-run guesthouse and farm can't be beat for serenity and tranquility.
