St. Lucia's two airports can be a cause of confusion for some travelers. Sometimes booking a more convenient flight ends up placing travelers on the opposite side of the island from their accommodations. Fortunately, St. Lucia Helicopters has turned this slight disadvantage into an invitation to adventure.

Travelers to St. Lucia can fly into either the Hewanorra International Airport or the George Charles (Vigie) Airport and then take a helicopter to one of two locations: the Jalousie Hilton, which has its own helicopter pad, or across the island to the alternate airport.

All of these flights take approximately 10 minutes and cost $105(USD). For $10(USD) more, traveler's flying between and the two major airports can opt for a more scenic route that goes a few minutes out of the way to pass by St. Lucia's famous Pitons.

St. Lucia Helicopters also offers tours for travelers who want to see the island from above. So whether you want to see the sights or simply reach your final destination more quickly, consider a one-of-a-kind helicopter ride over St. Lucia.
